Under Your Brand

Architecture, assessments and Azure delivery presented as your team's work. Your client relationship stays yours.

On demand

Only When You Need It

Project or retainer — scale senior Microsoft expertise up and down without carrying the headcount.

Certified

Credentials That Win Work

AZ-305 Solutions Architect Expert, AZ-104, Microsoft Certified Trainer, and a registered member of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program — the credentials your bids need.

The problem this solves

You keep meeting Azure work you cannot staff

Most managed service providers reach the same ceiling. You sell Microsoft 365 and Azure licences comfortably. Then a client asks for a landing zone, a tenant-to-tenant migration, a governance model that will survive an audit, or an answer to why the Azure bill doubled — and the honest answer is that nobody on the team has designed one before.

The usual options are all bad. Turn the work away and you hand your client a reason to talk to somebody else. Take it and learn on their estate, and you carry the risk of a design you cannot defend eighteen months later. Hire a senior architect and you are carrying a salary against work that arrives three or four times a year.

The fourth option is to rent the seniority for the engagement and give it back afterwards. That is what this is.

Capability

What you can hand over

Thirty years in enterprise infrastructure since 1996, most of it inside a large South African financial services group — so the estates your clients actually run, half-migrated and full of history, are the ones I have spent a career in.

Design

Architecture & landing zones

The design work that decides whether the next three years are cheap or expensive.

  • Azure landing zones, subscription and management group design
  • Hybrid and multi-cloud connectivity, network topology
  • Governance, policy, tagging and naming that survives handover
  • Cost optimisation and right-sizing on estates that already grew wrong
  • Resilience, backup and disaster recovery design

Move

Migration & modernisation

Getting workloads across without the weekend that never ends.

  • On-premises to Azure migration planning and execution
  • Microsoft 365 tenant migrations and consolidations
  • Active Directory to Microsoft Entra ID, hybrid identity
  • Infrastructure as code in Bicep and ARM, so the build is repeatable
  • Copilot readiness work on the tenant before the licences land

Assessment & written deliverables

A document your client can act on, carrying your logo rather than mine.

  • Fixed-price estate health checks and deep-dive assessments
  • Written findings and a prioritised remediation plan
  • AI exposure and Copilot oversharing assessments
  • Design documents your bid team can attach to a proposal
  • Handover sessions so your engineers can run what was built

How it actually works

Scope and rate first. We agree what is being delivered and at what wholesale rate before anything starts, so you can price your client with a known cost rather than an estimate. Standard rates are published on the pricing page; partner rates are agreed per relationship and sit below them, because you are bringing the client and carrying the account management.

Under NDA, under your name. I sign your non-disclosure agreement. Deliverables arrive unbranded or in your template, ready for you to present as your own work. If your client needs to meet the architect, I attend as part of your team and I am introduced as part of your team.

Your client stays your client. I do not contact them outside the engagement, I do not market to them afterwards, and I do not quote them directly. That is not a courtesy — it is the only basis on which this arrangement is worth anything to you, and it goes in writing.

Two ways to buy. Project work is scoped and fixed where the shape is clear enough to fix. Retainer is a block of senior hours each month for the partners who would rather have capacity on tap than negotiate each time something lands.

Fit

Where this works, and where it does not

It works for MSPs and agencies who win Microsoft cloud work occasionally but cannot justify a full-time senior architect; for teams that need surge capacity on a live engagement that has grown past the original scope; for bids that need a named, verifiable certified architect attached before the client will take the proposal seriously; and for resellers who sell the licences and want someone to do the governance work they do not staff for.

It does not work if what you need is a body on a desk forty hours a week — that is a hire, and you should make one. It does not work for first-line managed support or a helpdesk tier. And it does not work if you need a SETA-accredited training provider or a certification I do not hold; I will say so rather than take the engagement, which is the same reason the list of what I deliver is short and specific rather than a catalogue of everything Microsoft sells.
